The story of Gifennse began
IN 1993
The founder of Gifennse was originally just a shoemaker obsessed with hand-painting. He believed that every pair of shoes deserved a unique color, which was its soul.
Day after day, he studied the penetration of pigments, the strength of polishing, and the brushstrokes of dyeing. In order to mix the most unique tones, he even traveled all over Europe to find high-quality calf leather and natural dyes.
In order to meet the growing demand, he hired craftsmen from surrounding villages to complete the growing orders.
Why are Gifennse's hand-painted shoes so good?
One thing is certain: only craftsmen and high-quality materials can make a pair of good shoes.
For 33 years, Gifennse has insisted on pure hand-painting technology. Each pair of shoes has gone through at least 27 processes, and the craftsmen personally mix colors, paint, and polish them to ensure that the colors are as rich as oil paintings, but also integrated with the leather.
This technology was once monopolized by luxury brands, but the founder of Gifennse hopes to let more people experience its charm-"Art should not belong to only a few people, but should be worn by everyone who loves life."
