How It Began

It all started with the birth of my son.

Like so many new moms, I was shocked by how different my experience was from what I had read in books or seen online. Even as a nutritionist, I wasn’t prepared for how heavy postpartum would feel... the sleepless nights, endless diapers, the brain fog. It's a magical time, but the constant focus on your baby makes it so easy to forget about yourself.

I realized I wasn’t alone. Every mom I spoke to felt the same: postpartum was heavier than expected, and recovery was so much more than a six-week check-up.

Everydae was Born

Through research I learned that the right nutrition could make a real difference. It could bring back energy, clear the brain fog, and make recovery feel lighter.

But the supplements I found were filled with ingredients I didn’t trust. Moms deserved better. So I decided to create something I could stand behind. Alongside naturopathic doctors and nutrition experts, I built Everydae to put moms at the center.

Since 2022, we’ve been growing alongside our community, creating products that meet real needs and expanding beyond postpartum to support every stage of motherhood. Our mission is simple: to change how moms are supported, with care, science, and honesty, always shaped by the voices of women like you.
